We have a 24 hour cancellation policy at Achnalarig.

If you are unable to attend your ride, or need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before the ride is due to leave.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or any bookings who don't show up, will require payment in full.

We completely understand that your plans may change or things may come up requiring you to amend or cancel your ride.  If you would like to reschedule your booking, we will do our very best to find another time that works well for you.
